Yesterday, I posted another Instagram reel. It’s Day 20, and we still haven’t made any sales on Etsy. That said, I’m excited — I’ve registered for a local craft fair at the YMCA on December 6th, just one week away. Naturally, I’m a bit nervous. What if we don’t make any sales in person either? But there’s no time to dwell on worry. My focus is on preparation and making the most of this opportunity.
The first step was researching best practices for selling jewelry at a local market. How should I design the table? What supplies would make our display inviting? I quickly gathered a tablecloth and decorations to create a professional, welcoming setup.
Even though I don’t know exactly how the market will go, I’m committed to being ready. Every detail counts, from jewelry placement to lighting, and it feels empowering to take action rather than worry.
Stay tuned — I’ll share updates from the craft fair and what I learn from testing the market in person.
